Description of services:
The Auburn Council on Aging is under contract to the Worcester Regional Transit Authority to provide Complementary Paratransit Service to eligible people with disabilities, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service is provided by Auburn Council on Aging during their service hours and by the WRTA's operating company during the hours when Auburn is not on the road. Service is provided along a 3/4 mile buffer from the WRTA's fixed bus routes at the same days and times of the bus route. Trip planning information is available by contacting WRTA at (508) 752-9283. Eligibility is determined through an in house application process which can be initiated by contacting WRTA at (508) 752-9283.

$2.25 in town with an additional 25c for each town away.
